About Us
JMJ Builders is built on tradition. It is built on a foundation of quality construction and customer satisfaction.
In 1987 Julie Weeks Rufenacht founded JMJ Builders, following in the footsteps of her father—a long time Fayetteville resident and builder. Active in the Fayetteville Home Builders Association Julie has held the offices of president of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville and past Regional Vice President of the North Carolina Home Builders Association.
In 2000, Julie and Brady Rufenacht merged companies. Brady, also a licensed general contractor and former owner of a framing company, solidified the "technical end" of the residential building industry—complimenting Julie's uncanny ability to create business as well as build houses.
JMJ Builders specializes in building jobs of all kinds, with a desire to use unique and innovative floor plans. The JMJ Builders philosophy of putting customer satisfaction first by building a quality product and maintaining continual contact with their clients has earned this team a respected reputation.
Julie and Brady Rufenacht continue to watch their business grow steadily around them while they remain involved in the community. With the experience and acknowledgements to accompany them, JMJ Builders holds fast to their motto "If we can't do it right, we're not going to do it."
